Marketplace Minister – Senior Product Manager

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 dependent on experience.

If you are a Christian with excellent skills and experience in digital product delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to work for an organisation embarking on their next stage of delivery growth whilst working in a Christian environment within a company serving multinational clients.  

You will be one of the first roles hired into an in-house tech team with a unique opportunity to serve God through your work as Senior Product Manager.

To succeed in this role: You will have a track record of success in product roles, being comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams, working closely with stakeholders and senior colleagues to deliver high quality, user-centric products. 

Experience delivering products that achieve goals of an organisation by meeting the needs of customers is essential and you will know how to set an ambitious vision and product roadmap that inspires and drives the work of the team. 

You will bring expertise in user-centric product development and comfort with a range of product validation techniques, weighing user needs when prioritising the work of the team and working with roles such as UI/UX Designers and User Researchers.

This role requires strong communication abilities with a range of technical and non-technical people. You should be both familiar with working in teams with developers and technical experts as well as communicating clearly with operational, creative and analytical specialists.

Finally, you will bring with you a good understanding of agile principles and ways of working. This will be an area you are used to shaping and driving forward, having a keen knowledge of key ceremonies, iterative development and forming healthy, high-performing teams.

Faith: Your faith is a genuine occupational requirement for this role. You should have a personal commitment to the Christian faith and be actively involved in a church congregation. Your role will include being part of a vibrant faith community, and we expect you to be committed to growing deeper in your faith and your faith-experience. 

Our client prays together every day, and shares prayer and worship moments throughout our working week. Around our workplace you’ll often come across our staff praying over their work and talking about their faith.

The Organisation: Our client is a growing specialist business consultancy providing strategic insights and operating as a faith-based enterprise. 

They are about to embark on the next phase of their product and technology evolution, with an ambitious roadmap of future products, leveraging data-led insight to deliver value for a multi-national suite of clients. Working Arrangement: You will work primarily from our client’s office in London, UK with occasional visits to our client’s other UK offices, customer sites or other locations. After the probation period, the postholder will be required to be in the office 3 days a week.
